Alejandro Jodorowsky - Fabulas Panicas Comic Series

Alejandro Jodorwosky, director of acid fried mindfuck explosions El Topo and The Holy Mountain, also apparently made a series of comics in the late 60’s. They are just as weird, amazing, drippy, warped and beautiful as you would expect from an aesthetic mad scientist like Jodorowsky. You can see the entire collection here.

Also I think it’s fair to assume the creators of Superjail are pretttty familiar with these.
